Once your order is placed, we get everything sent off for production. Your beautiful products will be delivered right to your door!

Booking Your Session
A non-refundable reservation fee of $295 is required at the time of booking and holds your date.
This includes : Photo session, One 5 x 7in mounted and matted gift print, $200 credit toward your purchase, your image reveal and ordering appointment
Locations more than 50km from Melton/Bacchus Marsh may incur a travel fee.
50 – 90km :$40
91 - 130km: $55
130km+: $70+

Planning Your Session
We begin with a pre - consultation phone call where we plan your photo session together. During this time, I’ll guide you through the full price list, so you can see what’s possible right down to imagining your artwork brought to life. I will bring artwork samples to your session for you to see and you can start thinking about how you would like your images displayed.
Locations are selected to suit your style and space, whether it's the beach, a park, an urban setting, or the comfort of your own home.
If you would like to include two locations, this can be discussed during our pre - consultation.
The Photography Session
I allow up to two hours for each session, giving us plenty of time to capture your pet’s unique personality without rushing. This allows time for your pet to get comfortable with me and the camera, which helps create genuine, natural portraits. I will take a variety of images and particularly for dogs, I include some both posed and fun/action images.
Safety is always a top priority - leashes are welcome and can be edited out during post-processing.

Viewing & Ordering Appointment
After your session, we’ll schedule your viewing and ordering appointment - either in person or online.
As a full service photographer, I’ll guide you through your image gallery and offer options to design your custom artwork to showcase your favourite images.

Artwork & Delivery
All purchased images include full editing and professional retouching - creating timeless keepsakes you’ll love for years to come.
Your edited images will be ready within two weeks of your session.
Once your order is placed, I always allow between 2-4 weeks for your chosen artwork to arrive. Products from our Italian lab may take a little longer.

If the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather or illness, we’ll find an alternative date.
Edited images will be ready within two weeks of our session. We will have your image reveal and this is when you can choose and order the products you’d like.

Please note: Digital files are not included in the session fee. Our artwork and digital packages start at $595

I create more than photographs, I create art. Each digital image requires some form of editing whether it be minor adjustments or something a little more intensive. Safety is always the priority. Dogs can remain on leash if necessary then leashes are removed in photoshop. Shy kitties need not worry, as a powerful zoom lens and expert photoshop skills can achieve stunning results.

FROM NON COMPLIANT ANIMALS (4 DOGS & 5 CATS) AND SLOBBER AND MUD ON HER CLOTHES, TO CONTINUALLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS,HER JOB WAS NOT EASY.
