Ingrid's Haven

In 2022 I worked on a photography project to raise funds for Ingrid's Haven no kill cat shelter, located in Sunday Creek in regional Victoria. The Haven is an on site 24/7 shelter and is run by Ingrid and her amazing volunteers. Ingrid rescues the cats from death row and unlike the pound, there is no 'use by date'.

More than 60 cats were photographed for the project and many kilometres travelled throughout Melbourne and greater Victoria. After 10 months, Haven Tails - a beautiful coffee table book of rescued cats from the Haven was finally complete. This project raised $2,820 for Ingrid and the cats.

Here are some of the kitties who grace the pages of the book, living their best lives with the families who love them.

I am currently working on a follow up coffee table book which will be finished early 2024.

Young Diggers

I have photographed dogs for Young Diggers, Victoria. The Young Diggers dog squad trains canine companions and assistance dogs to support serving and ex-serving Australian defence force members and front line workers dealing with post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD).

Head over to my blog to read Rick and Ted's story.
