Dog Photography Melbourne: How a Metal Print Has Become a Family's Most Treasured Portrait
I was conducting a huge project photographing rescue animals to put together a fundraising book for Ingrid's Haven no kill cat shelter. Chilli was the kind of dog I wanted to feature. Jane said yes straight away and it turned out to be a family affair. Cheeky, (their other dog who was not a rescue) came along too and we carved out a little time for the family to be included. MaoMao the fluffy tuxedo's photography session. Second Chances and Forever Love.
I first met MaoMao's mum at the Melbourne Cat Lovers Festival in 2024. We chatted about her beautiful boy and she lit up as she spoke about him.
